My favorite Restaurant in Shanghai

After Museum visit, we wandered into a family-owned-and-run, Muslim Restaurant which went back multiple times. It was cheap, homestyle cook at its best.

This mom&pop place was down an grungy ally. Only locals eat there.

Pick your own shisk kebob.

Tempting but we "chicken" out

Onion Cakes

Jelly fish salad

The star of this restaurant is th Beef noodle...the broth is to die for!The best I’ve ever had.

Twice cooked spring beans

Lamb kebob in the foreground, homemade noodles and fishcakes above.

Special Tea with pineapple, red dates and many other goodies.
