Halloween Highlights

I love living in Palm Springs. It’s a small town so you can’t go anywhere without running into someone you know and like. It’s big enough that they host dozens of events every year. At Halloween, the city hosts a block party and costume competition. The following pictures were some of the creative outfits I saw this year.
