Spain Vacation Day 8 0f 40

We walked down to the Prado and stood in a long line to get in by 10am. The Prado is massive, and we walked and walked and walked to see many famous paintings.  We were there three hours and saw hundreds, if not thousands of awesome paintings. Loved it. Sorry to say, the Prodo doesn’t allow people to take pictures inside, anywhere inside, so I’ve only one picture I snuck to post here.

 

We then enjoyed a lovely lunch at a high-end German restaurant where I had sausage and beans. Fantastic.

We walked around Madrid getting to know the tourist area, and had dinner at a cheesy Asian dump. First bad meal of this trip.
